Art and Reference point

Hello, my friend. 

First off, let me take a moment to remind you that none of the three women who run this blog are the makers of the tutorials we post.

Secondly, I am sorry that you think it is rude of us to not answer every ask we get. Let me explain that we are all very busy; Mama Katie is an animation student and Papa Paige is preparing for her HL IB exams. I have been answering the majority of asks lately, but most of my limited time goes to sourcing the things we reblog. The other admins add posts to our queue when they have time.

You aren’t a special case; there are other people that we don’t answer, sometimes because we can’t find what they need and sometimes because they could easily search elsewhere for what the need.

For my part, I have said before on this blog that I attend a strict religious university. As such, I feel uncomfortable searching for the material you want, in part because of my own beliefs, and also because I could get in deep trouble for doing so.

All that said, we are not the only art reference blog on Tumblr. Blogs like helpyoudraw or art-and-sterf might have what you’re looking for, but I would ask that you refrain from antagonizing the lovely people who run them if they don’t either.
